Returns Terms & Guidelines
- Request a return via the Contact Us section.
- Ensure items still have our branded tag attached. Removing or tampering with the swing tag will result in your refund being rejected
- Ensure all returned items are in their original unworn condition, as you received them
- Use a trackable service to return your order. Refunds cannot be issued for parcels that do not successfully come back to us.
- For UK customers: We advise using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed, please ensure you keep note of the tracking number or keep original receipt.
- For International customers: Please mark the package as a ‘return of goods’ on the customs declaration form to avoid unwanted charges. We are not responsible for surcharges. If a parcel is returned with additional fees, these will be deducted from the refund
As a second hand goods retailer we don't accept returns if an item is not suitable or does not fit. So please check all measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We do however accept responsibly for an item if it becomes faulty in a 14 day period, but please remember all items are thoroughly photographed and inspected before they leave us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if possible), and in its original packaging (if possible.)
To request a return, you can contact us at secondhandstudio@aol.co.uk. We will email you back as soon as possible with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), swimwear or any sort of lingerie. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
