Our small talented team always aim to produce the best quality products, but we are only human. Should something go wrong with your product, we will repair it for you.
How does it work?
We are commited to the long life of your Second Hand Studio products, this is why we have chosen to offer this service. In the first 3 months of your purchase, should something go wrong. Get in touch with us via the form below and we will direct you on how to return your item for free for repair. Or you can contact us via Instagram @secondhandstudiouk
After this timeframe, we are still commited to the longevity of your Second Hand Studio purchases. So wether it was accidental damage or a hem thats coming slightly loose. We will work with you to provide our full repairs service. All that we ask is you cover return postage to us.
What happens once I've returned my item?
Once we have received your item back, we will asses the repair and complete all work at our home studios. Once finished we will contact you and arrange the return of your order to your original shipping address unless stated otherwise.
